Rafting

I Caraibi non offrono molte possibilità per vere esperienze di rafting. La Repubblica Dominicana vanta però località di montagna ad alta quota, in cui scorrono fiumi cristallini che scendono a valle con forza crescente. Un’esperienza indimenticabile, da mettere in programma quando si visita la Repubblica Dominicana, è il rafting sul fiume Yaque del Norte, il più lungo dei Caraibi, partendo da Jarabacoa.

Nonostante sia un’esperienza adatta a qualsiasi momento dell’anno, il periodo migliore per fare rafting resta la stagione estiva, quando l’acqua raggiunge il livello perfetto.
